Hi fern I'm so sorry u been feeling low, I would like to share what helps me to cope…its a verse in 1 Peter 5:7 which says :"While you throw all your anxiety on him (Jehovah God) because he cares for you".

I totally agree that social media can make me disassociate from my life and real experiences, and I find that when I’m stressed I end up on my phone or in front of a screen without even realizing it. It ends up becoming a coping mechanism for me but it doesn’t actually help me cope? Lol it honestly just stresses me out unnecessarily. Watching your videos honestly make me more productive though because they inspire me to do plant chores and other chores I have been avoiding xD

I love the tea brand “Teeccino” as my coffee substitute. They have flavors that taste VERY similar to coffee but without the caffeine…and guilt lol
When I lived up North (in Vancouver) – I used to get depressed every single winter without fail. By chance, I ended up moving to Florida and have never been depressed again. It took me FOREVER to realize that the seasonal weather and lack of light we got up North during Winter was causing the worst depressive moods/lack of motivation every single year. Don't be too hard on yourself <3

You are beautiful without the lashes, just sayin. I know that you love make-up, so, you do you. But, just know, you are naturally beautiful. And of course who you are shines through, even when you’re not feeling your best. I totally get the unmotivated depression, that’s how it hits me too. I’m almost 44, 6 kids and 2 grandkids, I’ve struggled my whole life. And things get out of control quickly with that many people in a household. I’m also in the same climate as you, a couple hours south in Washington state. So, I get it. As Anne says, I feel like we’re kindred spirits 😂 You’re doing awesome. And your attitude of gratitude is the best medicine. ☺️
Some people hang their bikes on the wall or ceiling so it takes up less floor space. 🤷♀️ There are vertical, horizontal, and upside down options.

I’m sorry you’ve been struggling but appreciate your bravery sharing it……..Regarding the whole coffee thing – at some point you just need to give yourself some things in life that make you feel better. If drinking a couple cups of coffee everyday helps your mood or motivation or whatever don’t you think it’s worth having? It’s literally a home made simple coffee not like some extravagant coffee with all the crazy toppings (even if it was whatever go you)….
I think we have to do a bit of give and take when it comes to these things. Out of everything in life, coffee is not a big deal. what’s more harmful to your body is the stress it’s under beating yourself up about drinking the darn thing.

Ugh, yea, January and February are DEFINITELY my least favorite months of the year🙄 they're bad for my mental health just because of the weather and isolation, but also if you don't work on salary they are typically the the months that you make the least. It's like that for the restaurant industry, most building and construction industries, rentals..etc..😩 can it just be spring already PLEASE!😂 I don't really like wishing my time away but..😅
have you changed the lightbulbs in your home to led uv full spectrum light bulbs ? it helps with seasonal depression brought on by less sunlight.. you can get them on amazon and get a bike hanger. love the videos
