Thank you so much for the Gluten Free pasta video! I am Celiac and really wondered about using the IP for this. My favourite brand of pasta is GoGo Quinoa made from organic white rice and quinoa only – it is fantastic (I just realized you may not get it in the U.S. as it is from Quebec!). Your little girls are so adorable – the “half a thumb” made me burst out laughing! Congratulations on your recent ‘reveal’! We are also expecting a 3rd Great Grandson in May!

Hi Nili: I have the Instant pot Duo 2 and there is no way of shutting the heat down. You have low, normal, and more. Would you use the low mode for cooking the mac I keep getting a burn light when I try and cook mac or or anything that my stick to the pot. I really am unsure of what to do.

I've not had any foam with pasta, but I tried I believe this brand and it expanded much more than I was expecting. Not enough to block the vents, but I've kept pasta use since to 10oz servings or less. Aldi's gluten free pasta works well; I like to do it with sauce and frozen meatballs for 5 minutes.

So fun. I don't know if this will help but I prefer Rizporia gluten free as opposed to the Tinkadaya. Maybe it is just personal preference but I thought I would mention it.
