Oh Dear……….Make sure you start with a big enough pan……..you guessed it, an ever increasing volcano when I added the baking soda. The rolled out dough is just chilling in the fridge………now for a clean up!!! Love this recipe,
First recipe where honey is used instead of molasses and ingredients are heated. I just made this and it resting in the fridge. Fingers crossed ! Edit : The dough was stickier and even 10 minutes in the fridge made it hard. I suggest skipping the fridge part and keeping at room temperature and moulding right away. Taste is good and texture is softer than with other recipes. Thank you !
No doubt a good video but if I am making it for the first time there is no measurement of ingredients given. I'm confused as to what quantity should I take

This did not come out right. Tasted great, but after they're cut & in the oven, they expanded like crazy. Did not hold their shape at all😢
