Eating animal products is not good for the environment or our health and causes unnecessary abuse and death to animals. The male 🐥 And baby 🐄 are thrown in the trash. I have been working for the animals and learning about the effects on our health and what it does to the environment for over 5 years. These facts that I have learned are profound and more and more people are aware. We must think about how our choices effect everyone. The government won't tell us but more and more of us are all learning facts that cannot be hidden. I'm concerned about our future and that includes yours as well. Cowspiracy, what the health, Dominion and the game changers are mainstream documentaries are educating people all over the globe. It is time to switch to vegan style meat, eggs and cheese. They are so delicious. There is no moral justification and we must stop contributing to there suffering and stop damaging our only earth.

It looks amazing,, would be much easier if everything would be done ahead of time. Then the egg could just be poured in and the ingredients on top then folded and wait for a few minutes and done yummy. But to each their own way.. my respects to cook I would try both ways.. que delicia 😋
OK I'm not a good cook but I followed everything to a T…and I couldn't flip it over because it got stuck to the Pan it says don't use any oils or spray and it was stuck to my pan I ate in anyway but it was messy….lol
