Have tried many ways to cook eggs as well as the Instant Pot. The one I like best … put your eggs in a pan cover with cool water from the facet (no lid) bring to a rolling boil then cover with lid, turn off burner. Then time for 19 minutes and they come out perfect every time.

try boiling your eggs in a pot on the stove and put some salt in the water It will make the eggs easier to peel
