Hello Lisa, just started watching your very informative videos as I’m trying to learn about the model I bought. I live in Australia and bought the 8Litre Gourmet Crisp Multi-Cooker + Air Fryer. None of the models you demo with says the same model. Is the name different between the US and Australia? Can’t work it out! Please direct me to your videos that use this model before I tear my hair out!! Thanks so much. Your recipes look very yummy but I can’t work out how to see this model.

Your white chicken recipe is so similar to my recipe. It’s the first one I have seen like what I make. Only difference is I use Rotel instead of chilis and I also add some smoked sausage along with the chicken

I love your recipes, but you said sesame oil is just a finishing oil…not true. You obviously have never had Korean food they put sesame oil in just about everything! And green chiles in the can have no spice unless your using Hatch chiles

Very nice ideas, never thought to make vegetable soup just by turning vegetables to mush. Havent used my preasure cooker in a while and just started today after trying to cook red kidney mbeans for 2 hours on stove top only to run out of water and burn the beans … i managed to salvage some and they still werent soft enough. That being said im on 1 hour 20 minutes with the preasure cooker and hopefully this is the last 20 mins, boy they take a while to soften up, but wow the smells of the beans, i put some scpices in the water like bayleaf and a bunch of random things. EDIT 1 hours 20 was perfect but i was doing it in 20 minute intervals and natural release after on a different branded pot if anyones wondering.

I am so excited to get my Enjoy! cookbook in December. I didn't have to take notes on any of these because they are included. Yay!

I have made the Zuppa Toscana for one a few times. It is delicious and much more budget friendly than heading to Olive Garden. The portion is quite generous, too. 😉
