You will be happier with a professional renovating your linen closet for maximum functionality and aesthetics. There's a lot of percise measurements and carpentry tools involve in an interior closet project; especially in taking it on from studs in an older home to complete and properly finished linen closet. Sometimes, it's cheaper to let a professional do their craft. Wood is not cheap. You don't want o attempt it and then called a professional to fix it.

Another thing…try those space saver bags that you suck the air out using the vacuum cleaner hose ..they are great space makers cuz you can slide that Christmas stuff like blankets and pillows under the couch or put it on shelves in the basement…

Hey there…was gonna do my basement floor in tile but the floor was so uneven…would cost more time and money to level the floor first…so the guy suggested I get a vinyl tile floor…looks like wood and it's durable…ànd waterproof…it's bendable at installation and very forgiving of uneven floor..mit can go right on top of your tile…wish I could send you picture…it looks great…check it out …got the tile from home Depot like 30 dollars a box…

    Great video!!

Heads up: I think the Babbel link is damaged. I tried clicking on the link from multiple devices and it does not let me progress past a second screen. It's a great offer, I hope it hasn't been an obstacle for others.

Have you considered getting your kitchen floors epoxied? All homes settle over time so your kitchen floor being a bit uneven is normal. Instead of pulling up tile and sub flooring (which can cause and expose other expensive issues) just epoxy the existing tile flooring. I’m going to @ your IG to an IG page of someone who is *certified and *thorough with this process. He travels but he may also be able to recommend someone in your area

Shyvonne, another tip…..use the large space savers vacuum bags for your pillows, blankets and throws. They save so much space and you're able to put a lot in the bin. Thats what I use when storing my stored comforters, blankets and pillows.

You can lay peel and stick tile over your current tile – or waterproof vinyl plank flooring over the top as a temporary measure. However, if you get them professionally cleaned with a high pressure washer and specific solution – I think you'll find they will look entirely different. The grout change alone will blow your mind. You think your tiles are clean girl but until you get them professionally pressure washed you won't know clean!

Until you get the floor leveled out or make a decision on doing a whole house floor redo why not consider stenciling the floor. I've seen videos where it's been done on tile similar to yours and it looked great!

Shyvonne, just a tip….when labeling your bins, use painters tape to write on them instead of writing on the actual bin. It allows you to make changes when necessary

Your house looks good and love the couches. Please work on your sound; when you were in the dining room in a white Hoodia, even on my highest volume you sounded like you were whispering. I have noticed a lot of pro legs with no or low sound for large parts of your videos..

I absolutely love your house, it has all the character I love in a house from the wall trim to door knobs to the brick in the kitchen. They don’t make houses like they used to and you have beautiful one!

Shyvonne, I’m so glad you decided not to paint your kitchen floor because, I did it to my 2 bathrooms in my upstairs and it just didn’t work out at all. So I had them ripped out and new ones layer in both bathrooms. Wish I would of done that in the first place because it would of saved labor and prep and painting.
