Thank you Kathy, your videos are always helpful! Our city has a big annual downtown Halloween event, so families go to that. Halloween night is quiet, no trick or treaters. We go to our neighbor's home to see their decorated home that includes over a 100 carved pumpkins and there are some clever cool spooky pumpkin carve artwork. FYI: I can on a regular basis in a heavy duty pressure canner, i.e., beans, garden veggies, veggie stock. I have been doing this since I was very young with grandma. I do not recommend use of canning in the Instant pot. It may be good for water bath canning, but foods must be heated to a temperature of at least 240 to 250 degrees Fahrenheit to kill off any bad bacteria that could cause food poisoning. I love my 8 qt Mealthy, but we mainly use it for cooking whole grains, making yogurt, soup, stews. Anyway, everyone, have a wonderful Halloween!
