Came out so good and not too sweet. Made them without the espresso though, donโt have any, Baileyยดs definitely comes through.

I'm betting that for the non alcohol people, a shot of eggnog, cut with a little milk, and maybe a bit more cinnamon, you'd get pretty dang close to the baileys flavor profile… ๐ And even if its not perfect, I can't see it being bad either. ๐

You don't have to use Bailey's. There are several other companies that make wonderful Irish Cream and they are a LOT less expensive than Bailey's. I totally fell in love with Irish Cream when I was in Ireland a few years ago and now I can't live without it!!
The alcohol will cook out of them when you back them๐

Chocolate, vanilla and cinnamon? Your flavour profile for Baileyโs Irish Cream is somewhat different from my experience. I would say the dominant flavours are Irish whiskey, chocolate and full fat cream.

If you donโt like Baileyโs Irish Cream with liquor in it just get the Baileyโs Irish Cream without liquor coffee creamer in your section in your store as a replacement also.
