lots of text, but just one fully explained lesson:
pumpkin seeds, broccoli, and waffles can all be improved by understand properly how grabbers will wait when a process is in progress.

if you have a normal grabber pulling pumpkins directly into a bin, and have the portioner pulling from the side of that grabber, it will hold the pumpkin in place until there is nothing to portion from it. saving a lot of space and a smart grabber.

similarly with both the waffles and the broccoli. you dont need the smart grabber pulling away from either the waffle press or the hob. the broccoli will be held in place until the pot is empty by the portioner. and the waffles wont move while the cooking process is active. this doesnt work with the normal waffle iron because the process doesnt activate automatically.

this would also be true for pulling something from a hob compared to pulling from an oven/microwave, it wont wait because the cooking process needs to be activated.

learning this mechanic will help a lot with making systems earlier as you dont need to upgrade to smart grabbers as often, and also more compact, as you can use corner grabbers a lot more.

the one smart grabber that is still best to keep is pulling from the sink with the broccoli, as there are two separate actions that need to take place (broccoli into pot, and activating the sink).
it is also important to note that smart grabbers override this function, and will pull anything that applies to their filter, and if the filter is empty, will pull the first thing it sees
