    For herbs – I bought an aerogarden that comes with herb pods. Was very surprised they grew as well as they did. I've had it about a year and a half. I went through the herb life cycle. Bought replacement pods/baskets off of amazon, and grew catnip for 6-8 months. I'm now growing 2 or 3 different types of basil. If you want fresh herbs it's a great idea, and it's kept inside. (no bugs)

    You could always try a modified Dukan Diet….on that diet you eat only protein for 7-10 days and then you do alternate day protein and veggies with just protein days until you meet your goal. Then you do only protein 1 day a week to maintain. His diet is low fat but I feel like if you do grass fed butter on protein days that would be good. Just a thought so that you don’t get tired of carnivore.

    Daniela, may I suggest you research about your water consumption?? You will be flushing away your electrolytes. Add a pinch of salt to all your drinks. One way to quickly alleviate the headache is to lick some salt off your hand. If the headache disappears in 10 – 15 min you know you are low on sodium. The 'drinking heaps of water' theory has been debunked. Drink to thirst only.

    Today is day 5 for me. This made me realize how much CHEESE I was eating. Due to attending a fit camp tomorrow, I will have a C4. But going forward I'm limiting my cheese if I have any at all. Thursday was the worse day for me. I was hungry! I don't think I ate enough, stomach made all types of noise while I was at work. Embarrassing! Lmao but carnivore for life isn't for me. I'm going use my slap ya mama & the Redmond salt is FIRE! I see why it was hyped up. You got this mama!!! Stop overthinking and stressing! Stress makes me gain weight so I have to add my veggies back into my life. Love ya boo!!!

    if you eat organ meats that helps with the nutrients and you may feel better, I know I did….also if you don't like organ meat you can get beef kidney in a capsule…amazon sells them, also, you have a nice yard

    wow your blood sugar at 99. Have you figured out why its still that high? I thought keto and carnivore reduces blood sugar levels. hey what do i know? am just a newbie to this lifestyle of eating and so much info. But if you want to do real carni you need lots of butter lots of it. A tablespoon of butter is about the only added fat you have had for the day except in the eggs & the beef. You need chunks of butter to keep you full and maybe more steak as a beginner. There is a lady on youtube that does carnivore. cant remember her name check her up by searching carnivores channels. still you are doing great.

    The electrolyte peach mango I just tried like a few weeks ago. I didn't mind it but it did taste like vitamins to me and you gotta shake it every time you drink cause it drops to the bottom of the cup. My fiancee enjoyed it though and finished the container for me. I wanna try the other flavors.

    Remember you are supposed to eat until you are full pleasantly full. When I started on carnivore three and a half months ago. I ate anytime that I got hungry but just ate meat, eggs, pork skins, etc. It takes a little adjusting but I love it. By the way I am 78 years old and I have felt better on this diet than any I have ever been on. I take no kind of medication other than an aspirin for joint pain. And being on the carnivore I have not taken any vitamins either however I do stick to red meat as much as possible which is 99% of the time. Your red meat is your most nutritious meat. I would suggest you go watch ‘steak and butter gal’. she has been very helpful. Good luck I know you’ll feel better within a week or two.

    Awesome hon, I tried carnivore and it was a struggle not using some of the stuff I was use to like the condiments but I know you can do it! I like seeing your plants. I don't tend to keep flowering plants alive 🤦🏽‍♀️ I didn't get my mama's green thumb so other ideas are always welcome. 😁

    Good morning!! I did carnivore for the last 3 days and it helped break my stall and was down 3.8 lbs. I did keep my cream and limited cheese to 2 cheese stick or less a day. The cheese sticks were from my burger bomb

    I use Vital Proteins unflavored collagen peptides, no added sweeteners, just the collagen. They have it at Sam's/Costco for about $29 and it lasts me all month, it comes in a big blue container at my Costco, but Sam's carries it in individual single serve pouches which are great for traveling. You could use this collagen when you are doing carnivore.

    One thing I know I got from Dr Barry was no one needs a gallon of water and I found in the beginning I needed more electrolyte I drink when I need water do not force to drink a gallon

    I’d say just trust your body. It’s a great opportunity to really be in tune and learn the queues. If you feel hungry, eat. You don’t want to deprive in any way so your body will also trust YOU and know it will get what it needs. I find ketovore is the sweet spot. Good luck, you got this!

    I gained weight initially too. I season my food. This is a lifestyle not diet and food must taste good. I cut out the cheese. My dairy is cream in coffee and 2 a day. My body is finally adjusting, i think. I not weighing myself so going by how I feeel and how my clothes fit. Good luck, I’m in and on it!

    I do not like taking my magnesium supplement during the day because it just makes me feel exhausted .Also, I feel that you are drinking way too much water. Don’t force it because you may be doing more harm than good.

    You should maybe watch some more of Dr. Berry’s videos. With carnivore if you’re hungry eat . Don’t let yourself get too hungry or with a headache or not feeling good, just eat when you’re hungry and stop when you’re full.

    Day 3 of Carnivore and I fell off at work. I started off good but when I got to work I got nauseous and a really bad headache and I thought I was already in Ketosis so I really didn’t think it was Keto flu but now this evening thinking back I’m sure that’s what it was because I was craving salty anything. I probably should have just had some bacon but I was trying to intermittent fast. I caved in and had some ruffles; I couldn’t stop eating them. It was like I needed salt. I’m gonna get some electrolytes and try again but be more prepared.
