Hi Melanie.
Pressure cooking chicken wings is just too easy. I find grilling or airfrying to crisp the skin after cooking a waste of time because the skin is so moist it just dries out before crisping.
Not everything needs to be crispy.
Tasty enough as they are.
What model is your Instant Pot?
I've been thinking about buying one.
I read one of the 'Cons' is the trivet. Not good for small cuts of vegetables when steaming!
Another fine recipe today, for the hard to resist but humble chicken wing.
