I wonder if I make this on a baking tray in the oven if it will be the same/similar. I don't know if I my pans are able to put in the oven and im scared of breaking them.. Need to definitely try this since I love mozzarella and za'atar. I always make sure to have traditional za'atar and sumac at home 🙂

It says no oven required but you are using the broiler in the oven. Bummer that this whole pizza is not cooked on the stovetop

But you do need to knead the dough and use the oven (contrary to description)!
