Frozen Butter Keto Hot Dog Buns | Carnivore BBBE | Review of Geedel Rotary Grater Printable Recipe Card for BBBE Buns: …
Anita, where do you get your pork rinds or pork rind crumbs these days? I used to get the tub of rinds at Costco but it seems that they've discontinued it. They do have the Old Dutch ones here, would you say that that's the way to go?
I wonder if (in the beginning of when you're going over the ingredients)… you meant to say find a use for the remaining 3 Yolks? Not whites π€
I am curious. I have a freeze dryer and make my own egg white powder. I wonder, would this be a good substitute for the egg white powder you are using in this recipe? I make my own freeze dryed bone broth too. I am a bit nervous to give it a try. I hate to waste good food but I am reluctant to purchase products that I can make here at home.
The grater attachment is metal and Iβm thinking a short stint in the freezer prior to using on the butter would help keep the butter even colder as you prep itπ
The new gadgets are amazing! Those buns look really amazing! The kitchen looks amazing, and YOU look amazing, too! Thanks as always!
Iβm making these as soon as I get egg white powder.
The grated butter really makes me want to try it.
Thank you for showing this.
Looks delicious!
I made your bun/recipe this morning into a loaf and it turned out fabulous. My husband made a ham sandwich and I had my favourite egg salad sandwich. The bread was light and fluffy. I did add allulose for the the browning. Dee-lish! Oh, and after grating the butter with my regular grater, I ordered your grater. I like my fingers too much! Thanks Anita for all that you do. π
Thank you for this video
I smile when you give your taste test your expression speak louder than words you appear to love your
creations
When I used my mesh pans for buns I had a terrible mess they all was stuck to the mesh. Iβll try spraying heavier. Do you have any other tips?
Is it possible to friend you on chronometer? I have the gold membership.
I love mine!
You definitely have pushed me to purchase one of these lol! I have only thought about using it for cheese but now I can use it for butter and pork rinds!! Thank you
I would love to know if these buns deflated. My do shrink but I haven't tried using Guar Gum. Thanks for the tips, recipe, & video! I've put the Geedel Rotary Garter on my wish list!
How would you store and reheat them?
Great use of the grater Anita! I'm doing BBBE & never thought to use my grater (I have the same one) for the pork rinds. Thanks for sharing. Be well.
My kitchen appliances are on their way to me, so I am closer to having a kitchen. I can't wait to make these buns!

Anita just finished watching this video so enjoyed it. I have the old version of the βSalad Shooterβ think first one they made. It has numerous attachments hopefully one that works for frozen butter & maybe pork rind crumbs. You had me laughing with you at end with bloopers on pork rindsβ¦.Iβm smiling so big right now thinking about itβ¦great video all around!! Thank youπ₯°
I have one of those rotary graters, too! I bought it specifically for shredding frozen butter, too. (How ironic, is that?) Great minds, I guess. π I LOVE the idea of using it for pork rinds. I've made pork panko in my food processor, but cleaning up afterward is no fun at all. I'll be making up a lot of pork panko this weekend.
Welllll….I thought I was pretty content with my old, cheap box grater. BUT then I saw this has a "bionic suction base" to attach it to the countertop!
I'm all in now!
Watching you day by day I can tell that your face, neck and upper body are getting smaller and smaller. I am so exited for you. You are an inspiration to me.
These look great Anita! Can't wait to take out a second mortgage so I can but some egg white powder and try them! ππππ
I think there are grater attachments for your Kitchenaid mixer.
Anita, I have loved watching your recipe videos, and Tuesday Talks. I'm happy you have also started to show your before pictures. It is inspiring. I'm so happy for your success!
1st thanks for the b4/aft pics so good to see. 2nd I try really hard not to buy new equipment but that slicer is a guilty pleasure that has survived many declutter purges but never put it in dishwasher thoβ¦

I didn't catch whether the final view of the buns were after they had cooled; wondering if they "deflated" or not. Looked good.
What do you mean when you say visit your website? Thanks!
Ooo those hotdog buns look fantastic! Just wish the egg white protein powder wasnβt so expensive, or else Iβll be making them for sure!
I bought one of these graters, different brand but the same thing essentially, love it!!!
Who is your "camera crew"? π
I just shred cold butter and freeze. I have always done it this way. Thanks
Delicious π
Loved the endπππ
The grater looks like a fine addition to any kitchen π
The hotdog buns look so yummy… I just can't do egg whites for now π€· hopefully I can get over whatever is the cause.
Sure do appreciate all you do for us AND loooved the blooper π
Blessings to you and yours πβ£οΈ
I ordered the dark green grater from your link. It is currently on sale 25% off. I have been smashing my pork rinds with a rolling pin. This will be much easier. Mahalo πππ
Thank you Anita. I really like the grater, I bought a small food processor to use for grating cheese but it didnβt work to good so I continue to use my old manual one!!
that is a very nice grater. I still have an ancient salad shooter but if that breaks….
Those look perfect!
I would love to get me one but I need to wait awhile for that.
I love all the recipes you post thanks for all you do.
I have an attachment for my kitchen aid, love it
I have the same red grater and I LOVE IT! A whiz grating cheese and butter! I also have a red kitchenAid mixer. Love red in my kitchen.
I like the ease of your bread recipes but I havenβt been able to afford the egg white powder yet. I have most everything else so maybe I can spring for it in January! Iβm trying to save to buy all new kitchen appliances. Thatβs at the top of my to do list at the moment.π₯°π₯°π₯°. Thanks for all of the things you share with us.
You make me laugh when you say βOh this is going to be goodβπ€£ππ€£
β€ love your videos
Anita! You are going to love that grater!!!
Look how small your waist is! π€©
