Hey Paula, I just wanted to let you know that Vitamin E is great at reducing hot 🥵 flashes!! I am going through Peri-menopause and am in my 40s (which is early) but that supplement has really helped me and was recommended by my mother-in-law.

Anyone struggle with middle of the night cravings? I do so well all say and really try to 12hr. Fast bit some nights I can't sleep and that's when I break down and eat poorly. I try and do a nice sleepy tea but sometimes I just can't fight the craving. Suggestions?

    Good morning and God Bless.
I have been keto, ketovore and doing triple B&E right now. But will be doing your Keto Challenge in February
I just want to tell you how helpful your videos are with each day meals and menu’s
I have written down every day your WHAT I EAT IN A DAY. So so helpful since iI don’t like to plan out meals. This makes it so easy.
Love your recipes. I especially like that you show total carbs for the day.
I noticed the last Couple didn’t have that. PLEASE CONTINUE WITH TOTAL CARBS. ❤️❤️

Hi Paula — I have been really enjoying your videos and am so happy that you're doing this series for January. I can't imagine how much work it must be to revamp your website — thank you.and I just know it will be great :). One question for you — when you have your tea or coffee with cream as "dessert" in the evening all of this is still within your eating window right? Curious what time your "done" in the evening and is it just water, etc before bed? How long do you wait before bedtime? Thanks.

Really like the omelet hint. You are a great keto teacher. Since I discovered you, I don’t need to follow anyone else. Going to make your pizza tonight. Hope it turns out like yours. God bless you in all your upcoming ideas.

When I started keto, I made a point of learning how to cook eggs. I had only made scrambled eggs my whole life, and I was 45 at the time. Ha! For omelets, I usually use a lid and cook it on low so that it gets cooked throughout without flipping. I don't add anything but cheese, though.

Hi Paula! You are doing a great job! Ten videos in ten days…awesome! I enjoy your content. I equate youtube ads to being the same as TV commercials…a time given to viewers to run for a snack, or take a bathroom break. Although there is always the option to pause the TV and then fast forward through the commercials. At least the content of your ads will be related to your videos. You know Paula, I'm just not sure WHY some people leave the comments they do. Honestly, one in particular just made me wonder if there is a reason for the "ex" to the title. Sometimes you just have to laugh. Thank you for sharing today!

I’ve really appreciated knowing you and following you on YouTube. I understand about that ad thing, but I don’t mind skipping ads. I access your videos on my TV on YouTube, and if I have to look you up on the Internet separately from YouTube on my computer, I know it just won’t happen. So thank you for everything, and bye bye.

Although I don’t generally have an issue with flipping omelets, I loved your hack. What a hoot! Through much practice re flipping and making omelets, in a bowl I put all of my ingredients, pour into my skillet, cover and cook until pretty much cooked on top, then I flip it, voila! I then remove from the heat and let the omelet set just for a few minutes to ensure any uncooked egg on top finishes cooking. I have found success in this method. I am making a Greek omelet today for my first meal. Dinner is going to be a sausage link that tastes like a spicy hotdog. They are pretty plumb and a good size. I have no clue exactly what they are because they came from a food bank that was provided in my community. I am having a Cranberry walnut salad on the side, a little dirty today for my side. Have a wonderful day everyone and many blessings!
