I too love casseroles. I name them after the person I got the recipe from. My favorites are yours, Mike's and Myrine's. I tell you Mike's and Myrine's have been around for twenty years LOL

Glad Harry is feeling better because the tip I have for you Harry will be doing. Anita “Ketogenic Woman” found by using the food grater that Harry uses to shred cheese you can use to grate your pork rinds By using the grater they are the equivalent of the Pork Panko you buy.

The casserole looks great and Sally is just so adorable ❤…I’m just so sad today as my 20 year old fur baby chihuahua Bella passed away last night and she kind of looked like Sally just way smaller 😢 💔

The other night I made a cottage pie with leftover shredded chuck roast and leftover mashed potatoes. It was delicious.
I just had yogurt with peanut butter met and chocolate met in it. With a few berries. So good. Love keto chow in it too.

The workmen would have appreciated a hot lunch you made for them… Sadly, all too often, people in the trades, get overlooked. 😢 We have found if you serve them well, they will give you SUPERIOR service! My husband & I believe if you tip anyone for their service towards you, it always comes back to you! Yep, even in these uncertain financial times. Here is a tip you all can use…..if you have an "Alexa" device….after your Amazon products get delivered, tell your Alexa, "Alexa, thank my driver" and during the Holidays the, the driver got a $5.00 tip. It was extended, but now they get acknowledged by their companies like UPS, Amazon & USPS we were told. Kindness towards others goes a long way!

Wendy… I made your bone broth and it was delicious! It was so good going in! It was the coming out that was the problem!😂😂😂 I am histamine intolerant and did not know that people with H.l don’t do well with bone broth. But I will say for those who don’t have issues… your bone broth is a keeper!

Wendy I went and checked out your bone broth video that you had at the end of this video and it was awesome video and then I watched some of the other videos that that video suggested.

The casserole looks so good. Today is going to be left over soup day. Chilly all day and going into the 30s again tonight with a freeze warning. I'll be spending the day covering the garden. Weird weather this year

Happy Sunday from PA! That casserole looks delicious. I'm a casserole fan, was a staple in our family while growing up. One of our dogs blesses when you sneeze. God bless you (& goodnight) Sally, from Ranger.

Wendy, that casserole looks great, I too like casseroles. Also, I have not made the yogurt yet, I still need to order the stuff, but I bought some Fage 5% and added the English Toffee and Keto Chow Chocolate Toffee, it was ridicuously good. Thanks for sharing this! I don't care for the plain yogurt, but adding the KC was a game changer!
