I checked, and the internet told me 1 cup Australian equals = 1.06 cups US, and 1 teaspoon Australian = 1.01 teaspoons US.
So little difference that it doesn't matter.

I put frozen raspberries in my blender and add soy yoghurt or low fat yogurt and milk. Just a bit of sweetener and vanilla. Way less calories, way less carbs and way healthier for me as a diabetic and for everyone out there.

Be careful with high water containing fruits (bananas, strawberries, etc) and highly acidic fruits. They will cause the ice cream to be hard and icey or break the cream so you get a mealy texture. Best to add press the water out and add them at the end.
