I don't drink any coffee anymore, I gave it up to stop smoking and then decided to get healthy after that.
I have no more loose teeth, no bleeding gums, no sensitive teeth, calf cramps are gone, edema below the knees is gone and the soles of my feet were extremely painful when walking if I had rested for a while, I can also stay out in the sun longer without burning or peeling.

OK, so I'm not going to stop drinking coffee until it starts making my stomach so upset that I don't enjoy it anymore. After drinking several cups of drip dark roast a day for forty something years it did start to do that. I now drink a few lattes a day made with a cup of plant milk (made only with oats, soy and water) with a spoonful of instant dark roast coffee (no sugar) in it. Saw an interesting video recently by James Hoffman where he did tests on caffeine levels of different types of coffee and found that both dark roast and instant coffees have less caffeine in them than other types.

Coffee is surely a complex product, which I like, like many other people. It has helpful ingredients, but also some potentially harmful things. Regarding the latter, what's missing in the video here imo is that coffee also contains furan and acrylamide, two substances with potential health risks for humans.
Furan concentration seem to differ when it comes to the preparation method of coffee. Regarding acrylamide, instant coffee can have apparently up to the double amount of it compared to 'normal' coffee if I'm not mistaken. (This is said to be relativized by the point that one usually uses less of instant coffee to make a cup than if you make a regular one.)
Those are two compounds one should also keep in mind here I'd say.

Whatโ€™s up with mushroom coffeeโ€™s after quitting normal roast? Any benefit? Om brand tastes very similar in my morning icedโ€ฆ. But that price??? Worth it?

With all of these side effects to mitigate, green tea, especially matcha, has to be a better option than any coffee. Explains why it's in the daily dozen tweaks and coffee is not.
