Dark roast coffee is more effective than light roast coffee in reducing body weight. Does low-acid coffee help those who suffer from …
I f8nd your very last comment the most interesting. Does that hold true for wfpb doctors. What about Pam popper and Joel Fuhrman?
I don't drink any coffee anymore, I gave it up to stop smoking and then decided to get healthy after that.
I have no more loose teeth, no bleeding gums, no sensitive teeth, calf cramps are gone, edema below the knees is gone and the soles of my feet were extremely painful when walking if I had rested for a while, I can also stay out in the sun longer without burning or peeling.
It's another glorious year ending living hsv1&2 negative. I got perfectly cured from hsv1&2 years ago with the help of #dralika herbal remedy on youtube.
Interesting, and I am going to continue home roasting my beans the way I like โem. Usually City to Full city.
Please can my uncle have coffee if he has glaucoma he won't drink green tea
OK, so I'm not going to stop drinking coffee until it starts making my stomach so upset that I don't enjoy it anymore. After drinking several cups of drip dark roast a day for forty something years it did start to do that. I now drink a few lattes a day made with a cup of plant milk (made only with oats, soy and water) with a spoonful of instant dark roast coffee (no sugar) in it. Saw an interesting video recently by James Hoffman where he did tests on caffeine levels of different types of coffee and found that both dark roast and instant coffees have less caffeine in them than other types.
What should we do?
I only drink one cup of coffee a day. I switched to decaf and it help my anxiety immensely
seems like coffee is the least of our concerns. probably focus first on the donuts that go with it..
None of the above.
The only healthy coffee is not roasted, green and caffeine free.

Let me help you. You dark roast coffee because it is garbage, and that covers up the garbage with burnt, which Starbucks has taught the world is how coffee is supposed to taste. So very sad. ๐
Or you could just drink the stuff and stick to a WFPBD. Win-win. Happy and safe holidays to all.
I don't think I noticed if you saw any studies of organic coffee dark roast with filter (my go-to coffee). About 12 ounces per day.
Wow, so much concise information, nice! Love this channel.
I LOVE YOUR FACE WITHOUT THE BEARD ๐
Coffee is surely a complex product, which I like, like many other people. It has helpful ingredients, but also some potentially harmful things. Regarding the latter, what's missing in the video here imo is that coffee also contains furan and acrylamide, two substances with potential health risks for humans.
Furan concentration seem to differ when it comes to the preparation method of coffee. Regarding acrylamide, instant coffee can have apparently up to the double amount of it compared to 'normal' coffee if I'm not mistaken. (This is said to be relativized by the point that one usually uses less of instant coffee to make a cup than if you make a regular one.)
Those are two compounds one should also keep in mind here I'd say.
Whatโs up with mushroom coffeeโs after quitting normal roast? Any benefit? Om brand tastes very similar in my morning icedโฆ. But that price??? Worth it?
unfortunately all coffee are bad for us…. they all have caffeine in them…
With all of these side effects to mitigate, green tea, especially matcha, has to be a better option than any coffee. Explains why it's in the daily dozen tweaks and coffee is not.
