Yum!! Itโs like a Shepardโs pie but with French fries!! Iโd garnish with green onion and serve with sour cream because it also reminds me of potato skins!! This is definitely a winner Catherine! Youโve done it again! Thank-you!! ๐๐๐
What a great way to use up french fries that have been sitting in the freezer for a long time! Since I live by myself, I wanted to know if I can use 1 pound of hamburger instead, and then would I reduce the remaining ingredients in half for this recipe?

I buy all my hamburger at SaveALot because they still grind their own hamburger and they have store trimmings hamburgerโฆ. Itโs so good. When they have a nice sale on it I buy like 20 lbs, fry it up then vacuum seal it in 2 lb packages. That makes simple dishes like this even faster. It looks so good. I have to try it. Have a blessed day. โค

This is an absolutely great recipe. The things I added to mine was,
Chopped chilis, Mexican blend cheese, diced green olives, crispy
onions(to top it off). Then just for a final touch, some sour cream
and instead of parsley I used green onion! I tell ya Ma'am, it wasย
DEEEEEEEEEEElicious!
