Well here's the results
We used Heinz savory beef gravy in a jar; the rest was same as you "no wine" but at the end we added 1/4 of butter to smooth it out and added a creamy taste. Thanks again for the tip.
Looks so good, best for a cold winter day, I too have leftover pot roast and it'll be on the dinner table tonight. Enjoy
