    Sharp as a Razor ! I do the same thing with my lunch protein smoothies! I just pop Tha protein packed ice cubes that I have in a zip lock bag thas in my lunch bag pop them into my pop baby portable blender @ work and that’s where it’s at ! Stay healthy folks much Love and respect.

    Dear Thomas I watch you all the time and have learned so much from you about many things and I thank you so much. I have hasimotos disease (autoimmune disease) and hypothyroidism. I am 59 and have not been successful in losing weight and am getting very discouraged. I have done so many things and am not sure what to do. Please advise me it would be greatly appreciated.

    I lost 54 pounds in 5 months and a half . Thanks to all your advice . I do intermediate fasting and I extend it to 24 hrs once a week while on keto . Working out 5 times a week . I need the muscle now . Went from 225.8 in January to now 171.2
