Hi Julie, yes Autumn started here on the 1st March and winter begins on the 1st June. No we don't get snow here as I live on the south coast of N.S.W. it does get cold though, but not cold like you get I think. Sometimes we may get down to around 12 to 14 degrees celsius, so that's why when I see snow in your video's outside your windows I think how magical it looks. Take care my friend.
I knew there must be a use for asparagus stems! I never used to like them and then I tried them again as an adult and cooked them with cream and parmesan and I was an instant fan! lol Though that's probably not the healthiest version of them. It got my kids to start eating them, which is a win for me, too!
I have been having a time with my bread making it seems to sound like it's done but when I slice i ft seems a bit gummy help
