This looks great, fairly sure you live in Australia, may I ask where you source your dry ingredients for this bread? Fairly sure they are not common supermarket items? Thanks in advance.

Wow that looks beautiful! I hate to ask, but I am lectin-free. Not sure if oat fiber has lectins but what would you sub for it? (I googled and psyllium husk and flax meal were cited as subs, but they are already in this recipe!) Thank you!!

Wow! Iโ€™m jumping up and down!!! I miss making artisan breads! I will try to make this bread this weekend.

For my first bread, I will use my 8โ€ cake pan. It will be a guide for making it round.

But Iโ€™m wondering if the crust is crispy. I would just love to use my cast-iron Dutch oven like I used to make for pot breads.

I canโ€™t wait until you do the braided bread. I bought a challah rolls mold. Iโ€™m on the look for a good recipe for my special sabbath roll.

Wow! Beautiful. Iโ€™m thrilled that itโ€™s dairy free and has ingredients I can use. So glad that it has oat fiber instead of viral wheat glute. And I can use some of my egg white protein powder!

I think Iโ€™m going to bag up the ingredients today and bake it Sunday. So simple.

Hello sunshine. First of all Mel, yippie! Lol. I'm doing the happy dance for sure. It will take me some time to find some of these ingredients. (small town). I'm so excited to try it. I really miss my hearty bread. Almond and coconut flour just hasn't satisfied me yet. ๐Ÿ˜Š
I've been patiently waiting for this one. Fun ways to sketch a simple design rather than the plain cross cut.
I Love the tip you gave where I can premix the dry ingredients and place it in a ziplock bag. So convenient. Have a wonderful week Mel. ๐ŸŒž๐Ÿ’œ

Wow, it looks great! I have been putting off buying the egg white powder, but itโ€™s timeโ€ฆ I have a big request though. I watched the video and took a screen shot of the recipe. But when I get the powder and am ready to try this, I wonโ€™t remember the steps for some of the ingredients. Could you please divide up the ingredients and very simply give quick directions for the steps, such as โ€œadd these to the top of the dough โ€œ? I hope you understand what I mean, and that it wouldnโ€™t be too much extra work, at least in future videos. Thanks so much and God bless!

I have two bags of oat fibre in my cupboard that I need to use up, no egg powder though. Itโ€™s not that easy to find here. I can feel an Amazon shop coming on lol. That bread looks almost as pretty as you, but not quite ! Hahaha xxxxx

    Hi Mel.
Well, at least it isn't Peanut butter and eggs!!
    Only joking, that's nice bread.
    So, with this recipe…
Is Oat fibre different from oat flour?
Wouldn't have a clue where to get some of these ingredients, certainly not my local Tesco.
It does look really nice though.
Well done, Mel. You're a Superstar!!
