I made this and it was so tasty. Though I did change one thing. At the step where you brown the meat and then discard those juices and add the beef back with the broth. I removed the beef and let those "tossed" juices cook down till thick and then added the broth and beef back in to continue simmering to perfection. So simple and tasty!! Thank you for sharing.
