    I'm soooooooo jealous that you're reading the Potter books for the first time !!! I don't have kids but I have read the books and watched the movies thousands of times… They’re now one of my comfort coping mechanisms… less calories than chocolate 🤣

    Something I’ve learned the hard way:
    Muscle!!! It’s heavy. But it burns calories and insulin (the fat storage hormone)
    If you build muscle by lifting heavy—-I know it sounds intimidating!! It’s so not though.
    You will get the figure you want.
    I PROMISE!
    It will help you eat MORE! So you never binge again.
    Those “binges” could be the size of your future meals. 🥰 you got the food right just get muscles and your fat will melt.

    We're empty nesters now with 5 grandchildren between our two daughters. Ages 2,3,4 5 and 6. I'm soaking it all in and I babysit as often as I can because you blink and they're grown! I do however remember those busy years with all 3 of our girls in sports. Make lots of memories and take lots of pictures!!😁 I have a chopper just like yours and I LOVE it. It saves so much time!!

    Thanks for the great videos! Love them! I was on keto about 3 years ago and I did gain almost what I originally losses before. Not a lot,I wanted to feel better. I had given up sugar and white stuff years ago at that time I had a really bad addiction to sugar( quit smoking). So on January 1st I started again, I had turned 65 and retired from a very active job to look after my granddaughter full time. I have to weigh,measure and count everything otherwise it is very slow. It is already slower than before. When I track macros it’s includes all even spinach,cucumber and salads of any kind. Do you track everything? I noticed in alot of other people’s videos they don’t talk about macros. I am feeling right now that I am restricting myself too much! Best wishes from 🇨🇦
