I wonder if you would be willing to try your daughter without salt. I was not not brought up with salt and just don’t find that food needs it. I occasionally add salt to chips / French fries but never add salt to a recipe. Everybody tells me how lovely my food is!

we have started to have steet pan dinners, although l haven't ventured out as of yet, they are but going to start. I use 2 cookie sheets, cause l don't have the large one, so you make do with what you have. But l am going to start to write some different ways of doing sheet pan dinners, thanks for a few to try.

Thank you Becky, I just made and ate the chicken thighs with sweet potatoes sheet pan. I added broccoli florets as that is what I had on hand. It was terrific, even without the yogurt sauce as my husband hates cilantro. You are a blessing. I also respect you keeping your baby son private and off you tube.

Did you blanch your beans prior to freezing becky? Also did you make your own yoghurt in the instant pot? I’m yet to do that but it’s on my to do list.
I’m going to freeze ginger pucks this weekend, my own garlic isn’t quite ready yet, I think it’s only going to be small this year as where I planted it, it didn’t have enough sunlight 🤨

Thank you soooo much for these recipes i used to cook like you before pregnancy i used to brown my meats and use many pans and flavours to create a lot of depth to my meals but during and after pregnancy i find my self just needing easy healthy meals that di have flavour but not as intense and labour intensive as prior to pregnancy. These meals are all similar yet have a different flavour profile to them while being super healthy! Thanks so much becky!

Oh Becky!!! Tonight we had the Greek Chicken Recipe. I have to say my husband went on and on about this food. The one thing I nessed up was I had alot of liquid from the tomatoes and I had turned the broiler on for a few momenta and got a phone call and I burned the tomatoes just a little. I still have to say we both loved it! I will be prepping for tomorrow nights meal with the cauliflower in it. I just cant wrap my head around the cinnamon in that recipe but you said its good so I beleive ya!! Thank you again. I guess I will comment again tomorrow night! 😅😂😂😂😂😂😂

Oh Becky!!! My husband came in last night and was like, "Boy does it smell good in here"! I made the sausage meal the first night. I used the Beef sausage. Next time I will try a flavored Chicken sausage because the sausage cooled up too much. My fault! It was so good though. Last night took the cake though. I made the honey chili chicken with the sweet potatoes. We both sat at the table and ooh'd and ah'd…hahahaha… it was so funny sitting there with us both goingnon and on. He took some for lunch today and said the green beans were better the second day and the chicken was better the first day lol Who knows..he may have heated it up too long. Im making the greek one tonight I think. You make my dinners so delicious! I really appreciate you so much Becky!!
