Looks so good Debbie! That meat came out so tender. I love the Instant Pot. I really love all fall/winter foods. I can't pick just one. I have to ask.. I'm on my 2nd Instant Pot. I never used delay start or even paid attention to that button til you mentioned it. Have you ever used that? I feel like now I should look at my manual. Could be handy!

Tip
If you put seasonings in your hand and add to your food instead of shaking it directly over the food it will not clump as fast. When you season directly over the pot it causes moisture to get into your spice jar and cause it to clump. Just a tip.
