I know that you said you’re not familiar with a slow cooker or Insta pot, but Insta pots have the ability to Can food ❤️ obviously, not on the scale that you do with those huge pots on your stove, but that’s one of the main reasons I bought an insta pot was to can. You can also make bread in an Insta pot, in a metal can. It’s crazy the things you can do in those.And a slow cooker is basically what our mom and grandmother‘s used to call a crockpot, slow cooker is just a modern version of the name. 🤣😂
I printed the directions from your site, and I did not see when to put the broth in. I came back and watched the video for reference; I will have to make this again the right way 😊

When I make the corn salsa, I use cream cheese. My family is allergic to sour cream and not a fan of mayo. But the cream cheese is a nice substitute.

Wow. Absolutely incredible. I love this time of year, too, when the chilly Fall air hits. It gives me a chance to break out my slow cooker. This video was like watching a symphony, starting off with something basic and ending with the mother of all crockpot masterpieces, a beautiful pot roast. You truly outdid yourself. Bravo!

Don’t be afraid to crockpot outside too! I can’t stand after a day of crockpot-ing that my house smells like a restaurant. So I put it outside, sealing the lid down, and it has worked consistently every time even if it’s freezing outside 👍🏻
