Great recipes very inspirational. One word of caution though: please monitor your minerals, vitamins and electrolyte levels when drinking such extreme amounts of water. For the major part of tiny women doing medium exercise half a gallon/day is more than sufficient (because you also get a lot of water from your food, from the veg especially).

You look amazing, you are tiny now but so lucky you didn't go thin and quant in the face. I lose it off my face and it doesn't look good. I feel good but people constantly pass comments then I feel like crap šŸ„ŗ

About this copilot thing: I just tried their questionnaire. How come I can choose silly things like ā€œfun or focusedā€ but I canā€™t choose a vegan trainer, which is whatā€™s really important to me.

Listen. I've been trying to lose weight since I was 12. šŸ¤£
I normally do home workouts but about a month ago go a membership at the ymca. Taking classes, learning to lift and all that jazz. I gained weight. I got a virus 2 days ago and lost 4 pounds. šŸ¤£
Who would have thought all I needed was a fever, a lot of trembling and a couple days of sweating while sitting still. šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ¤£I kid but not really.

Hey Rose, I have an MA in Health Psychology, and yes, you're right! Small changes are more sustainable. Once they become part of your identity, you can move ahead with more changes. Great lifting, btw.

why did you wash that rice paper like that hahah. it helps to get it wet but not too wet so it doesn't get too soggy/slippery, making it better to work with! but good idea to wrap the salad I'm gonna make that
