Your ideas are so good. If I would make the pancake muffins in regular size as I don't have the minis how long would I bake them for? I don't know where you get your energy. Your truly an inspiration ❤

Just a suggestion on your frozen biscuits. Put them on a pan first thing in the morning, cover with plastic wrap. Let them touch each other. Leave them out for several hours while you’re doing other things. Then bake them. They taste like homemade biscuits. They can also be put in the fridge this way overnight. Everything looked so good today! I’m going to try the yogurt cereal cups this week.

Hey there! Love all the recipes and breakfast ideas. I have to eat gluten free but so many of these can be swapped for gluten free items! Going to make the oatmeal muffins for myself and my little one with the apple cinnamon. Thank you for sharing as always.

I love watching you and your family while I work! I attempted to make some breakfast burritos using corn tortillas (gluten-free) after watching so many of your freezer breakfast meals. So excited to see if they heat up well ❤️

I love watching you multitask cooking! You handle it all so well.
Btw Bob Evans restaurants are here in the south. I have one in my area in Johnson City, TN. There is even one in Hickory, NC! 😀

Hi Amy, you look gorgeous today and that colour really suits you. I use to cook large but family moved out,not so many mouths to feed now, but also nice to have “munchy stuff”as my grandkids called it ready to go little ones can always eat but it is hard to learn to cook up smaller amounts. I love your brekky ideas I’m not a morning person so anything thats helps me start my day off easy I’m all in lol! Definitely doing the Frozen Yogurt Cups. I do the ham or bacon and eggs on muffins and freeze them my little ones refer to them as Maccas Muffins. I clean my air fryer racks but also use a warm soapy cloth and just wipe it out. Stay well and safe❤️

We actually do have Bob Evans. Raleigh, Durham, and Smithfield each have one. I think Charlotte has a few around it too. It was never high on my list of places to go but my dad loved them. I enjoy your big freezer cooking days, they help give me ideas.

When your husband wanted you to make McGriddles on your previous video, I decided to search online to see how to make them as they are my favorite breakfast item at McDonalds. I can see and taste that there is actual syrup in the pancake and wondered how to make that part of the recipe. I haven’t tried it yet, but one copy cat recipe said to take some sort of kitchen syringe or flavor injector and squirt maple syrup in the pancakes after they cool down. Wanted to share in case you would ever be interested in trying that.
