    You can actually get protein from avocado toast. One avocado has about 5 grams protein. If you buy local made sprouted grain bread/ Dave’s bread has about 6 grams. That’s like 10 grams of protein with out egg. Add and egg and you have about 15. So yes you do get protein from just avocado toast
