I'm going to try in my instant pot double ingredients freeze half and try to can the rest.
Can you freeze it ? I would try to put in ice cube trays so does not go bad and pop out the sorrel cubes as needed.
Do you add the prosecco, rum-whichever-after it's cooled down, when you're making the drink or while it's hot?
I've never had sorrel with cranberries but I go real hard with red label wine and white rum. By far my favorite drink. I drink it hot as well but without liquor
