In the past, we have made a bunch of turkey pot pies from the leftovers and froze them unbaked to use throughout the year. It's a great way to use up the leftover gravy, cooked veggies and turkey. The ready to go freezer meal is perfect for nights when you just don't want to cook (it does take about an hour to cook from frozen, though). I have also used the leftover mashed potatoes (plus any other mashable veg such as carrots, and/or squash) to make potato pancakes…so good!

Great videos and ideas. Love your story about receiving a food box from your church. So many people don’t realize the assistance they can get, especially when it comes to food insecurity. Throughout the year, we pick up extra items to donate and usually donate at least one full thanksgiving and Christmas meal for a family of 4, to our local Salvation Army, in addition to various other holiday meal items that I grab when I’m shopping. I think giving back to the community is so important, whether during the holiday or any day, so we make it a year round thing. God bless.

This looks like such an amazing meal thanks for sharing!

We don't have thanksgiving in Australia and a lot of these traditional type foods I've never tried before. The green bean casserole in particular looks amazing!

I love thanksgiving leftovers. We make jook (rice porridge) the the Turkey carcass. When we do the classic thanksgiving (verse Chinese), I like to make sandwiches with the mashed potato and cranberry sauce on one side and stuffing on other and Turkey In the middle

I think it turned out to be a good thing about the pumpkin pie being messed up. Because you were able to show that those things do happen and how you can correct as best you're able and still be able to salvage it👍👍👍

For some reason, my Ibotta didn't have the free turkey on it. Not a big deal, cuz my husband doesn't like turkey. But I was able to get most of the other items for free. We do ham at our holiday dinners, which leaves awesome leftovers too. I usually freeze the bone after to save for soup later. I can't wait to try your rolls…they look delicious! Your dinner and presentation look amazing!

You are so lucky that your Walmart had everything on the Ibotta free list. I went to 2 Walmarts in my area and I still have not gotten everything. I'm going back tomorrow or Friday to check again. This happened last year too. Makes me sad.
