    I’m sorry you guys wanted the reverse seared chicken to win but we all simply agreed that the fried chicken was more exciting to eat in general than a plain salt and pepper chicken. We’ll try to pick stuff you guys like but the goal is to be authentic as possible when voting. Good news though if you wanted the reverse seared chicken to win here’s how you can combine it at home: make the reverse sear recipe, make either piccata sauce (the emulsified or traditional) and dress the reverse seared chicken after searing it, resting, and slicing. If you make the traditional piccata sauce, just be sure to deglaze the pan after searing and follow the same steps in the recipe here. Hope that helps! Love u!

    Chicken breast rates really low on my list of protein to buy – and I've tried sous vide – but not reverse sear with "meh" results. Maybe your brine makes a huge difference but I'm willing to give your Piccata sauces a try.
    I think your vid was really made for me – the no fan of chicken breast. Must have been a hell of a lot of work putting it all together.
    For every recipe that works, you can expect 3 blunders in video – so short clips of all of them must have really saved the editing day – still – a mammoth task very well done!

    that tajine definitely need some work done 😂, no carrots we perfectly season the chicken a day before , u seer the chicken and onions and garlic with preserved lemon before adding the stock . give it another try , this time fairly 😂😂

    Really funny the Josh said it was a little weird to cook chicken in a pizza oven. I currently work at a restaurant where the only way of cooking everything is in a large pizza oven. So all of our chicken is baked in one every time.
