    5:57 I find perceptions around Natto similar to those about washed rind cheeses such as Munster or Livarot. Smell and texture are definitely a ting to get past but they're key to flavour

    It’s so strange how different Korean and Japanese foods are. They are different in every way. Soy bean and rice to raw fish diet. Yet we are so near to each other lol.
