I agree egg white powder IS EXPENSIVE, but so is equip protein powder. I bought my 1st bag of equip protein powder, and indeed it is really good. I got strawberry and it was yummy.. but I can’t continue to buy it due to cost. I love almost everything you put out there where there’s information, or recipes. And just because I can’t afford it doesn’t mean there’s not lots of people out there that you can reach with this yummy recipe.!!

I cannot wait to try this bread! The brown bread reminded me of rye or light Pumpernickel. I wonder if there is a rye bread flavoring???🤔 I have the Equip vanilla, so I may experiment, but I do want to get some unflavored Equip now. The darker bread looks yummy! One thing I have used the vanilla Equip for is a hot drink in the evening. I just pour 12oz or so in my "4 Patriots" little blender, 1 scoop of vanilla Equip, blend….and yum! On a colder winter evening it is yummy!
I don't have equip protein powder but I have perfect keto protein powder will that work

Thanks, Anita! Years ago when there was such a huge push to cut out fat to lose weight, we were also told we didn't need to consume hardly any protein, as well. (No wonder it was so stinking hard to stick to! 😫) I'm so glad the truth has finally come out and is available now. 😊

I finally found the list of ingredients for the other Equip flavors. Several have quite a few additional ingredients, not just one.
Yikes – the price of those protein powders! The most expensive bread in the world. I think I will eat a steak! And I couldn't find the plain unflavored Equip – Amazon was out. It must have become very popular! They only had chocolate, peanut butter, and vanilla. My taste buds have definitely changed on carnivore for 7 months and I do not want sweet.
What size is the Equip scoop? For example number of tablespoons and teaspoons? I do not have a scale and am trying to find a different protein isolate that is unflavored. Thanks!!

Anita I got my 2 bags of unflavored Equip last week & this is perfect for bread. Only thing I’m out of is egg White Powder….could I use egg whites liquid that would equal 1/3 cup & would they need to be whipped like you did with the other eggs you separated? Or would be too much moisture added?? Hope this makes since🥰
