🎉Enjoyed the replay! Wish there was an easier way to know if oxalates are a contributing factor or not, to the iron issue and to other issues we all may have. If they can take years to exit, though, as I have read, how on Earth can we be certain what caused what/when? I do my best to avoid super high things like spinach, beets, almonds, black tea, black pepper, etc. because my mom suffers from calcium oxalate kidney stones and I don’t want to ever experience that!

I had my glass slider replaced by the landlord and I had to run out to find my eye exercise decals that they just carried away on the door! Looking through a decal of glasses at the outside world is one of my exercises.
Recently found that underfoot and toe area massage helps hold my 20/20.

I am trying Keto Chow daily minerals, my melt under tongue chelated carbonyl iron w/ C, to get my ferritin up. It takes a few months Dr. in Eugene said. Very slow uptake. Hope you can find a way to do same.

Like oxclates the latest and greatest is MCAS now everything is MCAS. I believe it exists but now they're blaming everything on that and it's so complicated that you would need a multitude of integrative doctors to parse it out. It's a multi system failure and you'd have to be rich to pay for it all. Most of us that are sick have exhausted our finances and some of us are can't work.
