Why are you using ground turkey ( which has very little fat) as opposed to ground beef ? Keto is based on high fat, moderate protein & low carbs, Increasing your meals with fatty protein (80/20) beef and low carb vegetables will keep you full for an extended period. I only eat 2 meals a day because I’m just not hungry

I made this last night for my lunch prep for me. Of course I had to add a touch of things to it cause I am half Korean. I tried the veggies before I put it away and it taste just like my mom's Yakimondo filling except it didn't have the tofu and noodles. I can't wait to try your other recipes!! So far I LOVE all the ones that I have tried!!!

Same, love veggies too. Love that i can eat a lot of it and no guilt! Love cabbage and crunchy old school iceberg salads. Dont care if other people think it has "no flavor". Just ran into your channel. Love it =)

I put it in a pot then you can put it in altogether at the same time. I also add shredded carrots. Next time I will use the cole slaw mix. I usually just get a big head of cabbage. I also add a little Stevia and ACV. I love riced cauliflower too. I will also try the broccoli slaw. Thanks for the tip! Pork sausage to me haves it alot of flavor.
