Where do I get the pan you used for this?
I have cooked it a twice at ll minutes each time. I don't understand what's going on. I'm using the 8QT. pot . Followed your recipe. The Dadio pan lined with parchment…nothing is getting cooked or even really very hot..It's like the layers are preventing it from cooking in such a compact recipe..
What do you think is the problem here?
Nice recipe. I followed recipe pretty exact. My eggplant was not even half cooked. So I'm putting it back in and cooking longer.
