That casserole is going on my menu for next week. It looks so good! Also quick chocolate lover tip for Jake. Make brownie mix according to package use cupcake pan. Fill each liner 1/2 way, then put a mini reeses cup in the batter…cover with more brownie batter and bake as directed on box. They are SO yummy!

Ive never had egg salad with lemon juice or celery. I will have to try that next time. I put sweet relish or sweet pickles in mine. My mama always puts dill pickles in hers and we both add some of the juice as well. Sometimes I add onion and sometimes not. My granddaughter loves her blankie as too 🙂

Hi is your white puppy ok? It didn’t look like it was walking very well. It’s back legs were moving slowly and in an odd way when it was walking onto the porch. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

"Hot dog who? Hot dog! it's good to see you!" I made some pizza sauce yesterday from just tomato sauce & a few spices and I found it tasted more pizza-ie with oregano. I wonder if that's the taste difference from pasta sauce with most people? I use basil in my spaghetti sauce but no oregano. Love egg salad. Take care.

Something I do for peppers sometimes: I try to keep a frozen bag of pepper and onion mix in the freezer, it's about $1.99 a bag at Walmart or Sav A Lot and it lasts a long time, I have even bought it at Dollar Tree before.

Thanks for the tip of putting lettuce on both sides of the bread! Why didn’t I think of that?? I typically add a little bit of dill weed spice.

I bought eggs, celery and more mayo (couldn’t believe I was almost out) today to make egg salad Sunday! What was I thinking – the weather – while has been warmer and no snow – has decided now to snow!! Still going to make egg salad.

When I make egg salad, I run the eggs across my cheese grater instead of cutting them. It works great! I'll try the pizza casserole – it looks delicious!
