Great job with your dinner. I cook the same.way. I am Irish that married into a big Italian family. I made vodka sauce and meatballs. I am the official "lasagna maker" in the family. I also love making Alfredo sauce. Not bad for this Irishman. I bought a pasta maker from a friend. Excited and scared at.the same.time , haha. Ps, I love your kitchen!

I always make the full Sunday Gravy using San Marzano tomatoes and sauce, adding homemade meatballs and some sausage and if the whole giant fam is coming, i'll throw in a braciole. (Yup, Jersey kid with a Hell's kitchen mom married to an Italian/German boy from Newark haha) Your penne vodka looks amazing though, I'll have to check out Victoria sauce for when I don't want to do the whole deal for penne vodka! Salud!
