    PLEASE share your vegan oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and other Asian non-shellfish options!!!! It is SO tricky and I'm always afraid to try the sauces. I developed a severe shellfish allergy as an adult and really miss Chinese food! I would really appreciate your approach to how you avoid it!!
