Walmart is great for me not having a gall bladder. Plus I'm a diabetic. I can order search products with no sugar and no fat. I drink fat free milk and eat cottage cheese with no fat.

Especially in these times we really need to keep our eyes on what they’re trying to sell us….I’d suggest stocking up on water too.
I hear the (Sp) Burkie water filter system is one of the best!

I have just recently, over the past year as well, really really looked into our food, and you're right. It's not safe. I started slow. Switched to whole fats, then dropped canola and vegetable oils (toxic). Choose organic when possible. Bake everything from scratch, cook as much as humanly possible from scratch. Now it's label reading. I have a can of great value original baked beans from the USA that say " contains bioengeered food ingredients." – 😮😮. What does that even mean! I spent money on what we have so we will eat it- but labels are my best friend now

I went to a regular school, but I was a busy kid (and smart). Rather than have me skip grades, my mom bought extra task-books that I could fill out after school hours, after homework (I was that busy and that kind of kid). During school Holidays and for summer break she did the same, and I was always "working" in a book, it seems. But it kept me busy, my mind working, and so I think you are doing the right thing with Wilder. And I still had time to read, play and help at home (kid level, of course).

We had an "extended weekend" here in Belgium. Easter Monday is an Official Holiday. So nobody was available. No grocery store was open. Nobody worked today. Tomorrow is back to the hustle and bustle. Hope you had a great day and your appointment went well. 🙂 I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow as well (normal / regular check-up).

I’m the same like Gary. I work in a school cafeteria and smelling food all day takes my appetite away. I end up eating at 3 in the afternoon and that’s my only meal until the following day. I’m so used to it by now that my body doesn’t get hungry until that time. Love and prayers to all❤

I bought so much of the this saves lives oatmeal for my kids and they did not go over well. No matter how I tried to dr them up, they wouldn’t eat them. They ended up going to my dad to eat, which works because he’s in cancer remission and I wish he’d eat cleaner but I’m still bummed my kids wouldn’t eat it.

Hope you and the family had a wonderful Easter weekend. I have your bun recipe you use rising for the first time! I'm excited to give them a try. This is my first time, so they may not come out perfect. I guess we will see! Wish me luck! We are off from cyber schooling today. But tomorrow we get back into it. Looking forward to summer break! Eat at home today is sloppy Joe's with the homemade buns, Mac n cheese and corn!

Looking into the food we eat is a very good thing….we have been doing it for years and make everything from scratch with good ingredients….important to all of our health….and a longer and healthier life….I am allergic to most things toxic and use white viniger and borax to clean clothes. Bravo that you are looking. We do not even go out and have not for years as we do not know what goes in their food and who is handling it.

The unicorn treats have glucose syrup in them ,might want to read up on that ,allergic reactions. I gave up all the sugary coffees and soda two weeks ago and I feel so much better . The food industry is all about making money and the stuff they use is addictive and toxic , no nutritional value at all . You are doing a great job. Tiffany I freeze rice in quart size bags to grab for soup . Thank you 🌸🌈🌸

I'm glad I'm not the only one who had no clue that some food wasn't safe. You are so right that nobody teaches us. I really wish it was something we learned in school. I just recently learned about the dyes and some of the additives and I was shocked that they are allowed to be in our food. I've started changing a few things for my family too but I know there are things that I can't change either. Thanks for showing us the books you bought for Wilder! I'm gonna try to find them for my 4 year old. After watching you with your kids I think I'm going to try homeschooling mine so thank you for sharing the info!!

Good morning Tiffany I never read food labels until I started having so many allergies now I read every label and I rarely eat anything processed. I am allergic to blue dyes so I gave up all dyes the more I read the more I change our food choices to healthier options. Hope you have a great day.

Good morning . Glad you made the switch . If you don’t already look over dirty and clean produce list.. some produce you can actually purchase. And consume .. nonorganic.. cabbage for an example. BTw since your gallbladder was removed be sure you check around for fiber as the gallbladder helped with digesting fiber like foods .. your body still needs it .
