Cowboy candy is so good poured on top of block of cream cheese, & use restaurant chips or scoops for dipping! Daughter & I took down tree cause we were falling from 80’s to the low 30’s here south TX and didn’t want to be out in the darn WINDY freezing day, putting stuff up from the holidays and hanging tree in rafters. We did a lot of organizing too yea all done. Stay warm

There is just two of us, and I can something every day in January there is just two of us, so I just do small batches of everything. So far this month I’ve canned Veggie soup, pasta sauce, split pea and ham soup….today I am canning steak with onions in beef broth. I can veggie all year long when I find them at a good price. When you do find collard greens they can up nicely

I love got pepper jelly. I just made some before Christmas to give family using red and green peppers only. I love it with crackers or on toast with some peach jam and the pepper jelly. 😍

Growing up in Pennsylvania our New Year’s Day good luck meal was pork and sauerkraut with mashed potatoes. To this day it is the only time of the year I will eat pork.

Love your videos. We rarely eat out anymore because we just can’t afford it. I think that doing an eat at home challenge is a really good idea with everything that is going on in our world these days.

Can I just tell you how helpful your meal plans are. I work full time and have a family so the fact that I have a full month covered with meals and I don’t have to hear “what’s for dinner?” Because it’s on the board is amazing. Thank you for starting them Tiffany they really are a life saver.

Love the sound of the jars sealing! The pepper jelly makes a great glaze on pork chops when they are finished cooking. Plop a spoon of it in the pan with a bit of juice or water to thin it slightly.
