Have you ever tried baking this batter in a bread pan? Egg white powder has become so expensive one would have to be wealthy to get it, if you can even find the plain. I am trying to find a workable bread made with liquid egg whites. Thank you.

You are amazing, Kelly! Thanks for this very cool and informative video. I need to do this and actually just got an air fryer so I can make some hamburgers just like you did. Thanks for all you do.

Rather have sunnyside up eggs to top burgers and put cheese over all

OMG Kellly I’ve just made cloud bread and it’s amazing and so fast & easy! Thank you sooo much! I miss bread sometimes and I make Parmesan crisps for snacks but this cloud bread satisfies my need for a “bread/biscuit”- like addition to my carnivore lifestyle. Game changer! 😁🥳🙏

There's a video somewhere here on YouTube to make "mug bread" in 90 seconds in the microwave (because sometimes, time IS a factor). You can also use one of those bread-shaped sandwich keepers if you want it bread-shaped. I generally double the recipe when I do that.

Then, for newbies, there are chaffles…one egg mixed with grated cheese of your choice cooked in one of those small waffle makers, or regular waffle makersif you want.
