Thank you so much for this cooking tip. I'm not vegan, but I'd been looking for a way to season my veggies without using my usual pork meat since I'm trying to eliminate it in accordance to old testament biblical laws. This recipe fulfills what I was looking for as a tasty substitute. Yes!! Thanks again!! 👌
What!? Nothing to eat ? Plant based / Vegan foods are the best. Check out Forks over knives on fcbk . You can also google and subscribe to many plant based cooking shows on YouTube. 💪🌱💚 you could have substituted the chicken broth with a veggie or vegan no chicken broth too.
For 2 years I’ve been looking for the best collard green recipe that was easy to follow and that also has that southern seasoninggggg. THIS IS IT! I did this for my husband and I and just used some Cajun spices and he instantly fist bumped me when he tasted it lol
God bless you. I am not a vegan but this recipe is incredible! I love this and made this for myself for the first time and I can’t wait to eat again lol… I made enough to last for a few days. I’m going to subscribe thank you ! I used a white onion instead of a yellow.
There’s a “non-chicken” bouillon you can use whenever you’re ready. I haven’t tried it yet, but it had good reviews. Just ordered it, so now looking up lots of recipes I’ve missed out on. Lol thanks for the vid
thank you so much for this recipe i"ve recently become my grandparents caretaker & them being from the south a lot of the foods they're used to are not the best especially considering their declining health. Which is why i really appreciate videos like these id love to still give them the flavors they love with the benefits of being a bit more healthy. Much love from Chicago. keep up the great work c:
OMG GURL! Me & my husband are plant based & i made these with some bbq black eyed peas & he LOVED LOVED them. Now he buys stuff & says make me some greens please. Thank you so much for sharing
Liquid smoke was the first thing I thought of when reading the video title. A lot of people don't know that trick!! Thanks for this video. A healthier option even if someone is not vegan
I am not a vegetarian or anything of the sort and I am not trying to be however, I have tried the vegetable stock in desperation. It gives a taste very similar to the chicken stock when cooked in vegetables. I think it may work for you.

Just use vegetable bullion. But seriously you need to have some animal protein in your diet. You can't deny evolution.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! 😊 This is the type of collard green vegan recipe I was looking for, meatless and not cooked with ham . Thanks!

Where can I get liquid smoke from??
A hour and 30 mins????
U do realize that using the chicken stock it is no longer vegetarian
How does the chicken stuff you added still make it vegan/vegetarian friendly?
This looks great. I've never had liquid smoke before but i'll have to give it a try now. Thank you
Greens looks good good luck to you along your dietary journey I really enjoyed your personality 😊
I'll definitely be making this
You can veganize anything. It's very easy!
Season some marmite/vegemite in water(to taste) to make a decent broth. then it's truly vegetarian
Don't slow down with your videos keep them coming👌
