Sorry to hog the comments. I have just eaten my bash at the cabbage curry and this is a keeper recipe guys.
Cabbage is hard to make interesting. This is DELICIOUS. I did not have leeks so used a big onion instead. I can believe a leek will make this even nicer.
I used the sweet heart cabbage which has a massive nubb. I did not eat are we supposed to?
But the sauce is beautiful and I think the only way to cook a savoy cabbage from now on.
I have decided to buy parental tomorrow to do the mushroom recipe properly.

I have all this stuff except the parental so I am going to do both tonight as my meal prep. I think mashed spuds or a simple pasta will be good instead of the palenta until I get to the shops. Thanks. I have so few ideas for cabbage but it is important to eat greens

I would cook both these dishes for myself but the Bourguignon does not have a protein so I would have to alter it slightly if I wanted to serve it to a non Vegan friend. Any suggestions?

I haven't watched all your videos; so I was wondering if you guys have ever done a show on "how to make vegan butter"? It is real expensive here and I was hoping on finding a way to make my own, out of either olive oil, avacodo oil, or cocount oil. You know something healthy.

I thought the cinnamon quill was a sausage in the cabbage curry tray bake at 10.57!
Steve please give tips about how to increase the protein in these recipes: my hubby is an omnivore who still feels hungry after vegan food due to the protein content being lower than when he eats meat.
