There is no one on YouTube or anywhere online that is so passionate (and "intoxicating") about the mixture of flavours, textures and consistency of food. And the pretty garnishes are all on purpose, too. I'm sooo here for that and I really adapted that in how I enjoy food. Crunchy, creamy, crispy, tangy, sweet, hearty, sweet, chewy, cheesy, garlicy EVERYTHING! Except pumpkin and cilantro (for me) but hey, that's ok π Happy Holidays, Nikki!

I would use hot pepper jelly on top of the cream cheese. A block of Philadelphia Cream cheese with hot pepper jelly was the only thing that was put out as an appetizer on Christmas as I was growing up.
The mushroom sausage appetizer looks so good and festive!!! We are just making appetizers for Christmas this year and I'm gonna make that. π
