    loved this tutorial so much! "then don't make the smoky one!" I just have a Q about the use of coconut oil – can you sub coconut oil for other oils? I love sunflower oil because i tend to find it adds a slightly buttery taste to anything I add it to (thinking of sunflower spread i guess?) so I would love to try it in a cheese recipe! before i go ahead and do this… is it a bad idea? ( I guess the same question applies for using soy cream instead of coconut cream?)

    Hey there I am from Mexico City I tried to make this twice and I didn't succeed, it doesn't get hard and the agar I bought has an ugly salty taste what can I do to get things tight
