The recipes look great, but a word of caution: potato eyes ~should~ be removed, as they contain solanine which is poisonous. This is the same toxin when potatoes turn green as well as the leaves. That said, I really do enjoy your videos and recipes, I just don't want anyone to get ill.

I wonder if that salt that has egg flavor would be good with the "deviled" potatoes?
Also, vegan" cheese" sauce would be amazing on the stuffed mushrooms. Definitely making these!👍🏻

I grew up eating deviled eggs that had my grandma's homemade relish added. For the person who can't do mustard that might be an option. Or maybe some soft tofu used like mayo?

Off subject question; do you like your induction stove? I need to buy a new stove and I'm trying to decide on what type would be best. Thanks for your videos I have learned a lot of recipes.

Guess it depends whether an occasional egg will kill ya off early. My aunt died at age 97 & outlived her family & was quite healthy. We were vegetarians…milk & eggs. Her last 4 yrs was plant milk at home. An egg every wk or two.
I am 75 and usually use almond milk though as an infant, it was soy.
I've got a terrible sweet tooth though. How about some sweets that use date sugar and (real) maple syrup. That I believe would be a very good thing to know.😎
